Just a spoonful of our easy homemade tahini adds subtle savory flair to these grown-up chocolate shakes, making it almost too easy to polish off a glass.

  • 2 c.

    dark chocolate ice cream

  • 3/4 c.

    whole milk

  • 1 tbsp.

    Homemade Tahini

  • 1 tbsp.

    chocolate syrup (we used Hershey’s)

  • Whipped cream and shaved chocolate, for topping

Directions

  • In blender, blend ice cream, milk, tahini, and syrup until smooth. Divide between chilled glasses and top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate if desired.
