  • All-purpose flour and cornmeal (optional), for sprinkling

  • 1 lb.

    pizza dough, thawed if frozen and at room temperature 30 minutes

  • 6

    thin slices provolone

  • 1

    small delicata squash, halved lengthwise, seeded and sliced 1/4 inch thick

  • 1

    onion, sliced

  • 1

    large Fresno chile, thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp.

    olive oil

  • Kosher salt and pepper

  • 1/2 c.

    flat-leaf parsley leaves

  • 1 1/2 oz.

    blue cheese, crumbled
