Air Fryer Salmon and Swiss Chard



This quick, simple meal is a cinch to whip up without pulling out a single pan—yep, you heard that right! Air-fry the onion, add the chard, then cook the salmon fillets until the skin crisps up (our favorite part). Serve with a drizzle of chili oil for a touch of richness and heat.

  • 1 1/2 tbsp.

    oil, divided

  • Kosher salt and pepper

    large bunch red Swiss chard (thick stems discarded, leaves chopped)

  • 2

    cloves garlic (sliced)

  • 4

    5-oz. salmon fillets

  • Chili oil, for serving


Switch It Up: Substitute curly kale for chard, or try with spinach: Increase onion cooking time to 7 minutes, then add spinach-garlic mixture and cook only 2 minutes more.
